The primary function of this position is to profitably grow the business for all BGS product segments and market share through the distribution dealer network by developing and implementing business market plans to achieve BGS business unit goals. The position will be working closely with dealers within the dealer/distribution network to cultivate individual business plans for each dealer.
The District Market & Business Development Manager will lead the overall strategy development and implementation of the dealer network assuring sufficient representation in all market areas (geographic and product segment) to achieve BGS objectives. Additionally, this position must develop business relationships with national and multinational customers leveraging the dealer network in the relationship when practical and managing the relationship and sales/support directly when required.
