As the Sales Manager, you will be a strategic leader in the organization - leading, motivating and mentoring the field sales team. You will plan and develop sales initiatives that are aligned to the organizational revenue and profitability goals.

This position is eligible for bonus & profit sharing. And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: VP & General Manager
Core Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (exempt hours worked within this range typically)
Travel: Approximately up to 50 % (25% of this travel is Global Travel)
