    Specific Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    As the Customer Fulfillment Representative, you will manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring customer’s expectations are met.

    Your Accountabilities in the Role:

     

    • You will receive and process orders from the e-commerce system and from dealers/customers, ensuring that pricing and order details are accurate.
    • You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in an efficient and professional manner.
    • You will manage the open orders and coordinate any changes, customer preferences, etc. with the related departments to meet customer expectations.
    • You will prepare invoices and distribute daily, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
    • You will manage the billing cycle, keeping management aware of delinquent accounts or disputes on a timely basis.

    Requirements

    Position Requirements:

    • Education: Associates degree in a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of course work and experience.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and order entry within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Functional Skills: Excellent customer service, invoicing, and data entry skills; good attention to detail with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills required within a fast-paced department.
    • Technology Skills: Solid Microsoft office skills; experience in working with internet tools required; experience with an E-commerce and ERP system preferred, but not required.
    • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to work with various external and internal customers.
    • Leadership/Behaviors: Self-starter, who can work well through customer matters, especially under pressure. Requires strong interpersonal skills and yet an assertive person to work with customers and dealers on discrepancies, delinquent payments, etc.
    • Culture Match: Need conceptual thinkers who can take a vision and create better processes/solutions. Energetic, honest, and high ethical standards. Enjoys collaboration, being a team player, and leading/participating in continuous improvement processes.

     

    Other Important Information:

     

    Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise.

     

    This position is eligible for bonus & profit sharing! And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

     

    Reports To: Controller/Operations Manager

     

    Core Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Fixed schedule based on customer time zones

     

    Typical Work Week: M-F; may require overtime. Typically, 40-45 hours per week on average.

     

    Direct Reports: None

     

    Travel: Limited (may travel to attend trade shows)
