This role is located in the area of SD, NE, or KS regions. The region covered by this position is primarily focused in South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas, with other business located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. The reporting business office is located in Des Moines, IA.

What You’ll Do:
As the District Sales Manager, you will develop strategies and execute plans to grow sales through distribution channels and key accounts within your region, meeting annual business goals.
Other Important Information:
Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise.
This position is eligible for bonus & profit sharing! And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: Director of Sales, US & CND
Typical Work Week: M-F; some weekends as required; 50+ hours a week on average
Direct Reports: None
Travel: Approximately 40% overnight travel to start to build and develop relationships; then approximately 30% overnight travel.
