    Requirements

     

    • Education: Welding degree from a vocational school preferred
    • Experience: Forklift certification and an overhead crane/rigging certification are preferred.
    • Functional Skills: Strong attention to detail, able to plan and organize work center, excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills 
    • Technology Aptitude/Other: Strong mechanical aptitude, with preferably structural equipment or large equipment; knowledge of metallurgy and welding techniques and an awareness of safety standards.
    • Behaviors: The right person will be energetic, relational, customer-focused, flexible, self-motivated and a problem solver.  
    • Culture of the area:  The group is very team oriented, with a mindset on safety and continuous improvement.
